About Me

I started practising yoga about six years ago, primarily to build strength, but in the process discovered how regular practice had an immensely positive impact on my mental wellbeing, as much as my physical health. 
I very quickly fell in love with the yoga community in London and, after toying with the idea of taking the next step for a while, I completed my 200hr vinyasa yoga teacher training with Yoga London in 2019.
Since then I have continued to develop and expand my skills by studying Yoga & Qigong with Mimi Kuo Deemer, Yin Yoga with Anaïs Maniaval and Mindfulness Meditation with Michael Stone Teachings. I am currently undertaking further training in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Shanti Atma Yoga.
My classes focus on how the movement feels rather than how it looks and I always try to encourage a positive connection with the mind and body.
