About Me

I started practising yoga about 8 years ago, primarily to build strength, but in the process discovered how a regular practise had an immensely positive impact on my mental wellbeing, as much as my physical health.

 

I very quickly fell in love with the yoga community in London and, after toying with the idea of taking the next step for a while, I completed my 200hr teacher training with Yoga London in the summer of 2019.

 

Since then, I have continued to develop and expand my skills by studying Yoga & Qigong with Mimi Kuo Deemer, Yin Yoga with Anaïs Maniaval, Mindfulness Meditation with Michael Stone Teachings and Accessible Yoga with Calm Collective. I have also taken further training in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Shanti Atma Yoga and MoreYoga. More recently, I have started exploring the world of Pilates and completed a Mat Pilates training with Sabrina Kelly.

 

My classes focus on how the movement feels, rather than how it looks, and I always aim to encourage a positive connection between mind and body.
